Round one happened when I was about to start a whole new chapter — clearing the BS that kept following me no matter where I went or what I changed externally. I invited women to join my process.

I didn't expect the response I got. I put it out there with 72 hours to launch — Friday to start Monday — and the group filled with women who just got it. Women having breakthroughs they'd never had before. Saying it felt like 2–3 therapy sessions of work in a single day. Crying at the guided meditation. Reporting back that something had genuinely shifted.

It was so powerful I would be doing the women in my community a disservice to not do it again. Same core — simple, deep, somatic and identity work that interrupts patterns at the root, not just the surface.

This is for the woman who's done the awareness work and is ready to actually embody it.

One more thing — this is the last time I will run this challenge live. After Round 2 it becomes a self-paced product. No live coaching from me, no group, no real-time energy. If you want to be coached through this by me in real time, this is it.

Embodiment Awareness
Guided embodiment meditation to drop you into your body, plus journal work to surface where you're most disconnected — control, performing, rushing, suppressing.
Day 2
Parts, Identity & the Mind Taking Over
Zoom out to see the parts of you that override what you already know. Guided audio exercise to identify which parts have been running the show & why.
Day 3
Receiving (Feminine Energy)
You say you want more — love, ease, support, pleasure. Can you actually hold it? Somatic practice to interrupt the pattern of rejecting what you say you want.
Day 4
Overstimulated & Under-satisfied
Swap cheap dopamine for actual pleasure. Sensory & grounding practices to slow you down and reconnect with what it feels like to actually be in your body.
Day 5
Attachment Tendencies & Owning Your Energy
Stop losing yourself in other people's energy. Exercises to own what's yours and stop taking on what isn't — so interactions with others stop pulling you out of your body.

No. Everything is delivered into the Telegram group. You do it in your own time — no live calls, no pressure to be 'on'.

What if I fall behind a day?

Catch up at your own pace. The group stays open and there's zero shame in going slower — that actually IS part of the work.

I've done therapy / mindset work. Is this different?

Yes. This is somatic, embodiment and identity-based work — meaning it operates at the body and nervous system level, not just the intellectual level. Most women find it hits much deeper than talk-based approaches.

Can I save or keep the materials?

Yes — you can download and save all the PDF workbooks directly from Telegram so you have them to return to whenever you need.
