An 8-week coaching programme for women who know what they think, want and feel — but start softening, over-explaining and second-guessing themselves in case someone reacts, then lose themselves even more when somebody actually does.
Learn how to say what you mean, hold your decision and stop making everybody else’s mood your job.
You can know exactly what you want, think or feel — when there's no pressure.
The problem starts when being honest might disappoint someone, change how they see you, make them pull away or make you look selfish, difficult, dramatic or too much.
The problem isn’t always knowing what you want. It’s staying with it when you imagine how somebody might react, and when they actually do.
And being self-aware can actually make this harder.
You can explain exactly why they are the way they are. Their childhood. Their attachment style. Their stress. Their trauma. Why they didn’t mean it like that. Why they’re probably acting from insecurity.
And somehow, after analysing the shit out of them, you’ve forgotten the most basic question:
Do I actually like what is happening here?
You do not need another explanation of why you do this. You need to know what to do when they go cold, your mother gets upset, the friend cries, guilt hits two hours later or you can feel yourself about to send the extra paragraph.
Audacity teaches you how to calm yourself before you react, work out what is actually your responsibility, say what you mean clearly and decide what to do next.
1. You stop changing your decision just because somebody else has a reaction to it.
2. You know what to actually say and do when something is at stake.
3. You stop spending so much of your life managing everybody else.
That energy gets to go back into your business, your work, your body, your relationships, your money, your creativity, your pleasure and your actual fucking life.
Not just more awareness. Actual changes in how women respond, communicate, choose & live.
With both her manager and her mother, she would hold things in until she snapped. At home, she had become the ‘angry daughter’ — reacting, then feeling guilty afterwards.
She learned how to calm herself, communicate clearly, work out what was actually hers to take responsibility for and stop making everybody else’s mood her job. Her manager apologised, and her relationship with her mother changed dramatically.

She knew the job was draining her, but guilt about leaving her manager and every “good day” made her question the decision again.
She stopped reopening it, left the job and now runs her own business.

She felt paralysed by what to post, couldn’t show up like herself and had become burnt out by her own business.
She stopped creating for her peers, let more of her actual personality into her content and started showing up consistently again.

She could sense something was off but kept questioning herself because she could understand their behaviour and what they were going through.
She learned she could understand why somebody was behaving that way without making it her job to fix them, teach them, tolerate more, or stay.

Audacity is a methodology built from the work I already use with my 1:1 clients — blending nervous system, emotional, identity, subconscious, relational, shadow and energy work.
Where do you edit yourself depending on who's in front of you?
You learn to notice when you start changing your tone, opinion, answer or personality in case somebody reacts — and what your body does just before you do it: the urge to smile, talk, fix, freeze or disappear.
You catch yourself while you’re editing — instead of realising afterwards that you did it again.
Why do guilt, shame & the need to be seen as good make you change your answer after you've already given it?
You learn why saying no, disappointing someone or being seen differently can make you feel guilty enough to undo your own decision — and how to stop apologising or over-giving just to get rid of that feeling.
You can feel guilty without paying it off.
What do you actually say & do when something feels off? Communication, conflict, anger, boundaries, repair, distance, endings.
You learn how to calm down enough to speak, say what you mean clearly — no essay — work out what's yours and what's theirs, handle their reaction, and choose between repair, a boundary, distance or an ending.
This is where we tap into your inner dominatrix energy — the part of you that can make a decision, hold a boundary, say what she means and not collapse because somebody doesn’t like it.
You can say it in a few clear sentences and stay in the room while they react.
Stop saving your real opinions, humour, ambition and desire for safe rooms — in your relationships, business, money, dating & visibility.
You practise letting more of your real personality, opinions, ambition and desire show up in the rooms where you’d normally edit yourself — 5% more at a time — and learn to notice when somebody else’s mood or reaction makes you start shrinking again.
You can share your real opinion, humour or ambition in front of people who might judge it, without changing it halfway through.
Audacity is live coaching designed to help you shift these patterns in real time — not just understand them intellectually.
Intended start: Sunday 25th October — doors open now.
The payment plans are instalments of the full programme price, not a cancellable monthly membership.
Choose the group option if you want the full Audacity curriculum, weekly coaching and community support. Choose Private or Private Plus if you know you want dedicated 1:1 space to work through your own relationships, family dynamics, business, visibility or communication alongside the group programme.
You’ll have the weekly call, the module for that stage, and the exercises that go with it. The point isn’t to spend hours studying — it’s to use what you’re learning on the conversations, decisions and relationships already happening in your life.
Understanding the pattern is one thing. Knowing what to actually do when it happens again is another.
‘Years of therapy & counselling hadn't touched what eight weeks here did.’ — C.
Exactly. This work was never dependent on them changing. It's about what you do when they don't.
That's a real fear, not an irrational one — some dynamics do shift. This work is about deciding on purpose what changes, rather than it happening to you unconsciously through resentment & burnout instead.
Audacity teaches you how to keep being that version of yourself when somebody disagrees, gets upset, withdraws, judges you — or before any of that happens, when you start editing yourself because you think they might.
Stop filtering yourself in case someone reacts & stop abandoning yourself when they do.
