Does this have to be heavy?
No — and honestly, that's part of the point. Some of what we explore in Rebirth is heavy by nature. But the way Orla works isn't. Clients regularly say sessions feel lighter than they expected, sometimes even fun, even when the topic itself was hard. Healing doesn't have to be a slow, solemn slog. It can feel good while it's happening.
Does it have to take months or years to see results?
No. Most clients feel a shift within the first few weeks — not just understanding something new, but actually feeling different in their body and reactions. Richeal said the results were more rapid than anything she experienced in 4 years of therapy. This isn't a slow, drawn-out journey — it's designed to move quickly, because you've waited long enough already.
I've tried therapy. How is this different?
Therapy gives you the awareness of your patterns. Rebirth gives you the practical, body-based skills to change them in real time. Many of the most powerful transformations here happened for women who had years of therapy behind them and still felt stuck. This work is faster, more direct, and skills-based.
How does the programme actually work?
Eight 1:1 coaching calls over 12 weeks, bi-weekly. Between calls you have the course modules, exercises, meditations and weekday WhatsApp support. The bi-weekly structure is intentional — it gives you time to practise the tools in real life, not just talk about them on a call.
What if I'm in a really difficult place right now?
We'll talk about this on the chemistry call. If Rebirth is the right fit for where you are, we'll both know. Orla won't take you on if it's not right — and she'll always be honest about that.
How do I know if I'm ready?
If the thought of staying exactly the same — feeling like this in another year, another five years — genuinely scares you more than the thought of doing this work, you're ready. The chemistry call is there to confirm the fit, not convince you.
